Saw a gunmetal foxeye marshalling the salford triathlon earlier. Didn't have chance to do the salute, i was concentrating on not falling off my pushbike

Saw some nice Fazer 600s, a Fazer 8 (calling it, Nick!

), and a rather nice FZS1000 is speedy yellow at Brackley!

The highlight was giving Doddsie a Fazer salute as I rode in. He looked baffled for a few secs, then twigged!

Yeah, tricky one and still not entirely sure, to my deep discredit! Anyone know the model code on a Fazer8? Is it 5vyc1? 5vy just seems familiar for something older.
Doddsie's looking very clean, and Christo's looking like he's ready for touring, tho' it was only a day trip!

Gold Box-eye on London Bound A127 at the Fourtine of War junction about 5.45am. Didn't get a number plate was still half asleep

Just got back from a 295 mile round trip from Blackpool to Wales and back. Blue Fox eye seen the Mold road. Whilst stopped in Bala for a brew, a sweet looking silver Gen 1 badged as an FZ1 closely followed by another blue Gen 1 covered in Givi hard luggage. On the return journey Another Fox eye seen on the A494 enjoying the bends complete with a pillion.
A true Fazer day indeed.

Remembering that in the U.S., the gen 1 was called FZ1, had large FZ1 badges on the sides of the top cowl - was it one of our cousins from across the pond? Another giveaway are the orange reflectors on the side of the forks.

Yeah I had a look for the fork reflectors on the way past, didn't have any and it had a UK plate. Either an import, or someone just preferred the bigger stickers.

thought if it was a foc-er it'd be an easy way to I'd them.
