Fairing screw / fixing kits
« on: 21 April 2020, 09:47:23 pm »
Hi Guys, I've seen some fairing screw kits on Ebay for various bikes and I need some replacement screws for my 2007 FZ1-S so I wondered if anyone has come across these complete kits any where?
I can't seem to find one on Ebay for the right year of FZ1-S

I'm pretty sure every year (06-15) was identical so as long as you can find a kit for one of them you should be fine.
You could also try Probolts, they usually stock everything. Dont expect a full kit to be cheap though, like most things they charge for the convenience.
I personally just take out the bolts I want replacing, measure them and then order generic ones off ebay. I replaced all the ones in my belly pan and rear hugger for about £4, Just bought 10 black stainless socket flange bolts there were the matching size. I've done the same in the past with variously different fairing bolts

Yea, agree with Dudeofrude.  I got generic ones from eBay - quite a few sellers on there.  Flanged button heads in stainless steel, and you are usually able to define your requirement by thread size, length & pack quantity.  Also available in black stainless.  :lol
