Speedo Cable routing - recognise this?

Still trying to get the right bits to route my speedo cable properly but cannot find a part number or where to get 'S' from the attached drawing. Is this an OEM clamp on all fzs600's? Do other owners have this on their bike?

There is a small cable retainer in that area, which is secured in place with one of the caliper bolts, but i just had a look and couldn't see it listed as a spare part anywhere.
Might need to to a breakers yard request, but wouldn't even know the correct term or name for it.
Maybe fork speedo cable retainer?

Did you remember those numbers off the top of your head?
