Fitting Koso clocks
« on: 22 September 2019, 10:16:18 pm »
Has anyone fitted a koso to a 2003 fazer who could give me some guidance on the wiring please? I’ve done all the wires for lighting, fuel etc. but not sure where the brown and red wire from koso should be connected to on the bikes wiring. I have pictures of wiring diagram and koso instructions if someone cane make more sense of it than me.

I might be missing something, but it looks like it goes to the Oil level sensor?

Which type?I only have the RX1N data, maybe it's similar..http://cvieth.bplaced.net/bilder/motorrad/koso/RX1N_Steckerbelegung.JPG
Sorry for the german naming in the picture.
(take care, "Tacho" is the german naming for the speed signal, "Drehzahl" is RPM)

Sorry, worded it incorrect, I should have said brown wire and red wire. 2 separate wires, the ones for power from koso wiring side.

Sorry it wouldn’t let me upload as file too large but I’ve sorted now anyway. Thanks for replies. 😁
