Coil wiring

Hi, can anyone help me with the wiring for the coils please? My bike has been in bits for a while and I am struggling to find which wires go to which coil. There are two red/black wires, a grey, and an orange, but I cant see in the Haynes or the Yamaha manual any information on which of the grey or Orange go to the 1-4 and 2-3 coils.

Thanks. Which spark plugs does the Gray/red coil go to, and which does the red/orange go to? One should be 1&4 the other should be 2&3.

the left coil (as you sit on the bike) goes to #1&4, the other to #2&3
