Fuel Tank 600 vs 1000 are they the same?

I cant seem to find the answer to this anywhere..


Is the fuel tank on the 2002/3 FZS600 the same as the tank on the FSZ1000?


Reason for asking is that I'm looking for a tank cover (Bagster) for a 2003 FZS600 and don't know if covers for the 1000 will also fit..?

As far as I am aware the 600 holds 22 litres and the 1000 21 litres, so probably differently external dimensions too.
