The 2019 FOC-U Bike Picture ChallengeA reiteration of the rules.
1. All challenges must be of YOUR bike and a landmark, or something obscure or creative, something most people can ride to in their area.

2. Picture has to be taken after challenge is made.

3. Challenge is good for a week; if it is not met after that time, the previous picture poster picks a new challenge.

4. Nothing illegal to be challenged.

5. Keep comments to a minimum; if you comment, post the current challenge in bold type after your comment.

6. No repeat challenges.

7. No other bikes can be used, eg, your bike next to a Ducati. Some exceptions will be allowed, eg, your bike next to a bike cop.

8. Only 1 person can win each challenge; any other entrants will not be counted, due to throwing the whole game off track and adding challenges that don't stand.

9. If any dispute about a challenge occurs, 3 oks from others settles the challenge.

Remember, this thread is supposed to get people to want to go ride straight away and beat others to the challenge - be creative, but be sensible about it.

Perfect - well done lets have a new one then. Up to you but I think its best to keep it simple as there have been some odd ones that no one can do, thats why I extended mine to include any tree blossom

Looks like nobody wants to go to a castle/ruins,so what about your bike by a nice barge or boat if you cant get near a towpath.

Brill weather today so went for a quick run and at the same time get a pic of a milestone,nearly an hour later and running late no milestone! I'm determined to get one tomorrow,so get up early,watch some qualifiying and out ,I think you need an old Roman road,that should do it.

Can't believe it! I was out for the best part of 2hrs trying to find a fuckin' milestone ,ended up at Stratford-on-Avon (which wasn't to crowded!!!) I thought if I took an old road there I would see an old milestone,I then decided to cheat and pulled into an antiques barn where they sold everything,my idea was I would find an old sign,take it onto the road and photo it but you wouldn't believe the miserable bastard in charge,you'd have thought I'd told him to empty the till!!needless to say I got no joy but that's what you get for cheating.I'm watching the racing tomorrow then I'm out until I find one.

Cheers,Red,can't get out today,got the grandkids round,so don't feel right going out,my wife don't mind but we don't see 'em that much. So I'll have a look in the week,no doubt I'll see one and go to put it on and find a load on there and the challenge changed.

Thought I better go see if this is doable , got the mighty six out and headed to the A4 where it crosses the river thames , first two pictures taken either side of the river and are stone , then headed to Marlow , bucks and another old thames crossing , found another two , one looks like steel the other cast iron , to make this challenge a bit easier , iron, steel or stone wins.....
