the foam of yesteryear contained bulls blood, and I have been caught not only in foam system discharges but deluges as well, sometimes inspecting them working and sometimes not.

I thought it was the more modern foam that contained the blood as it is more environmentally friendly

Phrases that mean nothing will happen:

Leave it with me
I’ll have a word
I’ll see what I can find
Consider it done!
I’ll make some calls
I’ll think about it
Certainly a possibility
Let’s come back to that
Good idea
Maybe
It’s on my list
Might see you down there
I’ll look into it

My boss has made it quite clear to everyone that he hates the word "No".

So all of the above apply.

He started it.  :lol

And the swallows fly south in winter.

I think I'd be out on my ear if I did that!

There are 2 days in your life that are never 24hrs long, when you're born and when you die. :\

And how do we check if there are more than six users in here...?

And if you're in Tier 3/Scotland you can't post in the thread at all.
Dunno, I think if you wear a mask and stay 2 metres from the screen you should be OK

Probably. But you won't be 'Down the pub...' as per the thread title ;) .

As long as we have a salad with the pasty we will be OK.

You can bet someone's already done that. A cornish Pasty, side salad and 15 pints of lager
[/size]It's government policy, according to Robert Jenrick :eek
