Braided brake lines??

Hi everyone I'm sorry if this has been asked a million time's but I'm still learning (mechanically). I'm doing some upgrades to my 2004 fazer 1000 with the help of my cousin who is a mechanical but is away abroad for the next 2 weeks. I'm going to order HEL braided brake lines and there's 2 options on their site. OEM replacements 3 front & 1 rear or full length race 2 front & 1 rear. Could anyone please advise me on the right choice to make. The full length race option is £30 cheaper but I don't want to make the wrong choice. Again sorry for my lack of knowledge I've just started taking more of an interest in the mechanical side after over 20 years riding and I'm learning from the best in your guys. Thanks for any advice!! Ian

I went with 2 lines- fewer joints, fewer opportunities to leak.

Go for 2 lines. Each node (joint, junction, connection) can be a place that air bubbles 'stick' and be a right pain to get out. The 2 line set up reduces this problem massively.

I'm with Rob I went the two front pipe route, as stated less joints to leak,
joint at the master cylinder single joint on each calliper = 3 joints. Master cylinder joint is a single piggy back joint.
As opposed to joint at master cylinder, joint at feed into the yoke manifold two joints out of manifold one joint on each calliper = six joints

Thanks for the heads up, i have ordered a two pipe and got the discount with the code too.
I have ordered a two pipe because in racing rules you are not allowed a splitter joint below the forks, so I guess its safer.

Each to their own for sure, but I felt the advantages of 3 banjo bolts over 6 was no contest.

On the thou there are 5 banjo connections if you go for the 3 line original set up as a double feed banjo is used on the right hand side of the splitter. I elected for the 3 line as felt it looked neater, but then that's what choice is all about.
