unplug it and plug the bypass back in.
Another ex-Fazer rider that is a foccer again

going to see if i can bypass it this evening, i have been watching "how to's" on you tube and somebody on here has done it on a fazer thou

Have a look under the seat. You will find (if it is the proper Yamaha adaptor that's been used) that the alarm plugs into the loom.
To remove the alarm, just unplug it and plug in a bypass plug which was fitted to the bike out of the factory. You may need to find someone who is breaking a Fazer to get one.
