Belly Pan
« on: 22 September 2016, 08:35:08 pm »
Hi,

Front end looks a bit naked on the bike at the moment, i like the look of bellypans.
How do they attach on? Are there mount points/fixings already in place on the bike?

Thanks

They bolt on at four points. Rear brackets for the bellypan clamp around the lower frame tubes. Front brackets locate where crash bobbins usually bolt to the existing frame mounts up front..

Who makes that one Misterjay ?  I like the look of it although the colour seems a bit wrong (we have an '03 same colour as yours).

That's the official Yamaha one (I've got one too, but in red). Other makes are available, but in my opinion don't look as good. Google FZS600 bellypan.

Yes its a genuine Yamaha bellypan and been there since day one in silver.. I just figure everything silver along the bike at that height is same shade (ish)  :D  From some angles its similar colour, from others its a mile out. Depends on the light to be honest
