can anyone spare a few hours Sunday morning form about 7.30 to around midday, we're look at being a few people down on our regular numbers for marshaling  at the start of the Essex & Herts Air Ambulance run at FORD Dunton (on A127)  post code [color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.870588)]SS15 6EE[/color]


You'll get a free Bacon roll plus tea or coffee for your efforts and a warm feeling of helping a good cause,  that we as a group (bikers that is) have depended on more than most.
