Oil change

Hi daft question i am gonna do oil change tomorrow Fazer 1000 2003 how much oil do i put in (dont have manual)thanks --ive noticed a mark 3/4way up side of the sight glass am guessing thats the level ?

2.8 litres or if you're doing the filter as well then it's 3 litres. Make sure the oil level is right up to the maximum mark as the oil level light will come on if it drops much below maximum.

Important threads that are pinned (stuck) to the top of the section so they keep their position rather than falling off the front page if they don't have any activity for a while. There are 3 of them in the Fazer 1000 section and the new FAQ is one of them.
