Rough suspension settings for 50mm rear lift?

Standard suspension still, just wondering if anyone has a baseline I can fine tune from? 95kg of British boeuf!

Firstly, @95kg you are too heavy for a standard spring.
Secondly, shortening the dogbones will soften the suspension even further iirc.
50mm is too high unless you are going for the German fighter look

It feels a lot better and is pretty stiff tbf, the preload is about mid point, so I'm thinking the springs may have been swapped at some point. Getting the dirt bike suspension soon sorted this week so I'll worry about the roady soon.

Yup shorter dog bones make the rear shock feel stiffer, I think it has an affects on the compression somehow. It's a good way to get the rear feeling that little bit more up to the job. I have a 25mm jack-up kit fitted but have a Nitron shock so cant help out with suspension settings but I'd suggest keeping the preload up and decreasing the compression damping if it feels on the firm side. I'm probably going to get the 50mm kit when I can afford it as I have my Nitron on maximum ride height and would prefer a bit more control over this which the even shorter dog bones would allow.
