givi rack help

hi plp i bought a rack givi one part number 12e16 but its missing the bracket/clamp the holds round the exchaust area..anyone knw were i can get one ?

If you got it new, go back to the seller. The kit should be complete.

was 2nd hand....got full refund and told to keep it...so dnt wanna be paying 100 quid fir new one jst for brackets

Searching the part number mentioned in the first post (12e16) on the Givi site doesn't come up with anything so I guess that's either not a Givi rack or its a supplier part number for a Givi item.
