Removing DB killer in akrapovic exhaust

Hi guys
I recently bought Akrapovic slip on and it sounds great but I decided to try it without the baffle and there is screw that is spot welded.
Do you have any ideas how to remove that? as I don't want to ruin that screw.

The screw will just probably be metric stainless steel. Just carefuly remove weld and remove screw, if screw head gets damaged in process just buy another one from a local engineering  nut and bolt supplier.

Thx for all your replies, weld has snapped after a quick turn with a spanner.
Akrapovic never replied to my email.
