dry chain lube?

I am usually using Wurth. Bought from Halfords Muc-off chain dry lube - sprays and looks like water 

Does not stick at all and got nice puddle on the floor the same way when I clean the chain woth cleaner?
 
Am I missing something is that normal??

I have tried a few things, always end back with Silcolene chain lube

I'll let you into a little unknown secret......To activate the lube you need to first shake the tin whilst submerged in a bucket of horse piss (the can, not yourself, although you can try this if thats your thing)

I use the muc off dry, never had this problem. It penetrates well and never drips off.

Edit - you sure you never picked up the Muc off chain cleaner

This was exactly my first thought, beacuse the action was like cleaner, but no it says dry chain lube. Muc-off has 3 types of chain lube: the one I got dry chain lube it says with ptfe, one more say dry lube with ceramic and 3rd one say dry lube with polymer.

I think I'll go buy tomorrow Wurth again
