Had mine set up by Nitron for my weight but still not totally happy. I'm going down to Racelab on Friday to let them play with my suspension. Will be money well spent I reckon.
I could change my opinion, but then we'd both be wrong.

Takes a bit more than half hour to fit. As I said on the LOFO rideout you really need to take the tank off for ease of fitting. I'm still not totally happy with mine so I'm going to let RaceLab set it up for me. Mine was set up for 13st before I had it changed but if I remember rightly, yours is currently set up for an even heavier rider.

So i found the little bushes,,hiding in paper,,,fool i am..whipped the shock back off, bushes in and replace,,less than half an hour to do,,just remove the two little side plates, fairing bits to expose the top bolts,

Bike now feels smooth on compression, not just squashing right down when sitting on it.Rebound is very noticeably working to,so no more bucking bronco

So I did 22 miles tonight, A44 to Worcester,it's a rough bumpy mother of a road,, first I noticed that the bumps are still there,,,lol..

But it never felt like bottoming out, like it used to.I had noticed that when in the garage if you pressed down you could visably notice the slow rebound, not too slow but noticeable,
So in Worcester I refuelled then unwound the dial 6 clicks to the - minus,, this I read lessons the rebound damping and also lessons the compression damping, thus speeding the shock up,,,this seemed fine on the way home, moving nicely.

Pleased with it loads,,,and nailed in corners if felt very good, nice and sure feeling.

Nice job pal, plan to fit a shock to mine in the winter. Are these shocks better than them R6 efforts ? (I guess without the fuckin around with the wishbones etc)

I guess on the Gen one the R6 shock seems a good option, very favoured on here, there is a gen one shock in the "for sale" section on here.

Seems you gotta pay between £250 to £350 ,,don't know how much the R6 conversion is,,ask Devilsyam on here
