Saw this and wondered what's this set up for?
I thought maybe an attachment for a snow plough, considering we're in summer (apparently) in Glasgow, I can't be that far wrong

What's your thoughts guys?

This is the bigger pic, can't remember the size of car etc as it isn't mine, just saw it in a carpark

Think it's actually for being towed behind a motorhome :-)

Fiat.

It's for towing purposes, i believe the middle cable applies the brakes.

Although I disagree with your thinking not all fiat's need a crank handle, I wouldn't change my fiat bravo 150t
