Sorry... The iPad did its own thing there...

What did you notice after the MOD?

Does anyone know where they can be purchased?

Do you mean trimming the secondary butterflies?
If so there a few vids on youtube that show how it is done, still thinking about doing it to mine but unsure whether it is worth it.

I put on a Fuel silencer and took the flies out completely (rather than trimming).

The effect is marginal to be honest and I've even thought about putting them back as the mid range is a little down.

Top end is great on the other hand and it screams away no problem once past about 5k.

If you're doing air filter or something it's worth a play with, but effect isn't enough to bother with the grief if you're not doing anything else IMO.

Removing the secondary flies gives a significant boost to throttle response & torque.
I tried all the permutations. Ziptied, smaller, none & no flies & spindle.
The best throttle response was with no flies & removed spindle.

The mod requires a significant amount of fuel added at part & mid throttle openings. We did umpteen dyno runs in 06/07 to get it right.

It will not work without a pc3,V or bazzaz etc.

Anyone who says it isn't worth it is running the wrong fuelling map.

Or running stock if that wasn't clear from my post.
