Okay not ALDI , got this in LIDL yesterday. A lot of people say would not buy a cheap helmet!!!!!!!! ah! why not some of the big players the likes of ARAI are not what they try and make themselves out to be.

ARAI Condor 2** rating £240 a Duchinni D832 £59.99 gets a 5*****rating. There is only one full face helmet in the ARAI range gets a 5*****rating the GP5X @£250.00 source from the UK Gov Sharp .com site.

Okay the Crivit helmet has not been tested by Sharp but it has an EU rating ECE-R 22.05
Also I am of the opinion if a German company is marketing it cannot be all bad.
The helmet looks well made comes with a 3 year warranty so time will tell. The Thermals I have had before so they are decent kit.

Thought the photo would have been there  click on the link.

ECE-R 22.05 (reg22) is the current highest standard for motorcycle helmets

[/size]As a manager of a QA test workshop I was a bit perplexed by the sharp test using anvils and drop jigs

all a bit too static IMHO

Anyone tried the Kevlar Jeans? there is a local store near me, thinking of popping up there to have a look.

@Woodzey80, what are the socks like? do they sag under the heal of your foot..?

Socks are really good, nice tight fit but comfy & no sagging.
I've got a pair of the Kevlar jeans also & again there spot on, I'm into my second year with them & no defects what so ever.
