New Bike :)
« on: 21 January 2015, 02:32:14 pm »
So, after much deliberation, I got myself a new steed.

I was after an Italian super-twin and had pondered over an Aprilia Tuono.

So that is what I got...

And she's a beauty!

OFF WITH IT!!!!!!!!!

Erm, NO. It is staying put. It's of the era of the bike. And I like bikes of that era.

The one on my Fazer is the same size.

To be fair the big twins are bloody fussy with their exhausts - far more so than an IL4. The official aprilia racing can for the Tuono is supposed to be very good, and that's the size of a small bazooka too!

Gent - It's a Twin  :D .

Exup - I'm not a fan of standard exhausts myself. But as Ralph says, this ain't standard. It has an arrow can on it. With signage that size, how the hell could you miss it  :lol .

Thank's kitcrazy. It's a 2003 with 15,000 on the clock and a full service history. Power commander set to the bike, Arrow system, dripping in carbon fibre, Bobbins, Brembo's and Braided lines, there are R & G engine covers and a headlamp cover and it has the half size levers. It has been loved from day one, you can just tell. It's mint. It's even clean in all the wee awkward places to get at. I think this bike has been owned by a lot of single guys, or guys with to many women in the house  :b .

U got a smashin lookin machine there and it's tricked up and cleaner than a nuns minge (not the Catholic ones) so a fekkin good buy.....shame u lot av such shite weather .....but you'll probably save on insurance @ 500 miles per year.  Enjoy

Those Arrow cans make the Tuono sing.  I had the gen 2 and it was an absolute hoot!

Adee - if you want an even bigger exhaust, you can happily buy my original twin spout Aprillia exhaust can.
