Foccin ell at that price i might just have to buy some for my just incase i become demented box in my shed

I could modify them coz ive found a good supplier online that modifies them so they are universal really and you cant put a price on a universal lifetime washer coz think how many bikes and how many applications you could use that on

Keep schtum about it eh midden coz sooner or later the likes of exup will be using them as plectrums £ the price will go up

This might be my fault  : :o Paul English the wemoto boss at one point was in the shop when I went to collect service parts (they are local to me) and I was moaning that I couldn't find a sump washer.  He said he'd get some in and put them with the oil filter so we could order both at the same time.  He probably never imagined anyone would just want the washer.  In fairness they have always been really good with me.  I used to have an old honda Japanese import vrx400 and I sheared the head of a caliper bolt over tightening it.  They didn't sell them new but Paul grabbed one from a another model they were breaking and didn't charge me.

I suppose they are charging for post AND packing.
Could you be bothered to get off your arse and address an envelope, stick a stamp on it and trudge off to the post office all for the profit on a 25p part?
I wouldn't :lol

Any decent motorcycle shop should be able to supply a 14mm crush washer for less than £1-00. £3 for p&p is a bit steep for my liking :eek

I think I've changed it once. Only had the bike since 1998 mind, so there's time yet!

You're not alone.
It's just a bloody hole with a very good plug in it, it ain't going nowhere.

I'm with slappy. I buy my nuts, bolts and washers from aboltfromtheblue via eBay. I usually get 20 or 50 as the ppu is best value. They work out at pennies each. A washer is a washer, and any washer is better than using the same one again and again.

Fair point which is why I was going to order 4  ;) . That 25p and customer service however could create the beginning of more lucrative sales.

You'd think so, they're more than £1 in my local. Can't remember exact price.

Not anymore,  I have wondered at each oil change whether it needs to be renewed, so this time looking in the manual it says renew if damaged so I kept the old one and saved myself 25px4 aswell as a shop assistants energy  :)
