Possible, yes; he's got all the crankcases matched and welded and barrels fitted (ish). Reasonable?! I just can't imagine it being at all rideable. 200bhp in a 4T is one thing, but a 2T that delivers most of it's power in a short, high rev band?
My Denco H2 was bad enough. Can't imagine it was putting down more than about 90-100bhp, but all in one dollop of lunacy, and even with a Dresda s/arm that was about 2'' over stock, you couldn't keep the front wheel on the deck
