Great start to the morning today.Unexpectedly,but appreciatively,watched the Gresley A4 Pacific No 60009 'Union of South Africa' leaving Cambridge for york.What magnificent machines :).Was too dark still for me to catch it on camera properly,but this clip has been made further up the line in the morning....

I remember the steam age, we used to hope we got a diesel-electric as the cariages were a lot cleaner?
