Pretty stupid to do it in a 20 zone. I'd say what saved him was that he was a good distance back from them when he did it so they didn't realise how quick he was going. Very lucky

Lucky boy, as the officer said if that had been a traffic officer he was looking at bye bye licience especially as he had it on camera.
Good policing in my view. Not sure if the guy will not pull a wheelie again but maybe not in the city of London. The officer must be one of the very few English men left in London!!!!!
