Depends how much diesel - syphon out what you can, brim to the top with petrol, you'll probably be fine.

This is where you should have bought an FZS - easy to take the take off to drain it!

Get that shit outta the tank, and put some decent fuel in.  ;)

My mate from the gym says I should fill it up with Acetone ..like nail varnish remover and that will turn the diesel into petrol kind of...

Hey cheer up....it could be worse

you could have filled the bike with weasel.......now that would make you sad...I hear they can be quite dangerous.....& you have to purge them from the tank with either owls, hawks or eagles which aren't commonly stocked at the services these days.

besides it's ok to ride a petrol bike with diesel in Wales......so long as you make loud tractor noises inside your helmet and don't go above 1500RPM

Whoever said to put acetone in was an idiot! What you need to do is thin the diesel out with warm water and a drop of fairy liquid.

Fat Jeff at the gym took a look at it and he took the fuel tank off and poured the diesel into his WW2 Jeep. He says I need to run it on paraffin for a couple of days but now it wont start..any ideas?
