hello gents a quick word of warning. i bought a pair of clutch/brake levers of a link somebody posted on here, the clutch was fine but the brake lever wont fit my 08 gen two. still at 16 quid it was worth a punt. the brake lever is too wide to fit into the bracket, i dont know if they will fit a gen one but if anyone wants to try them they are welcome to them.

I had a problem with one of mine when I bought em too (the clutch lever side though). I emailed the seller and they sent me another pair out FOC, pretty nice of them. Just a thought for you anyway, might be worth getting in touch in case it has been a genuine mistake.

i had similar issues , clutch was fine, but brake was slightly different , gave far to much travel, could go right back to throttle if squeezed hard.

I have ordered several sets for different bikes and they all fitted fine. The only issue with the gen 1 ones are you have to remember to use the bush out of the original clutch lever.
