Luke,  got my shock yesterday and fitted it last night.  Only really taken the bike in to work this morning which is only 15 miles,  but what a difference.  Can't wait to get a proper run to test it fully,  but I'm well happy already.

All fitted, left original dog bones on in the end as the shorter ones left me on rip toes, dropped forks down a bit to compensate.

Seems to do what it says on the tin, more planted at the rear end, seems to hold a tighter line round the corners with no wallow stuff going on.  Will go out for longer at the weekend, but initially very impressed.

Thanks again Luke  :D

Here's a photo of my new addition to the family.
Time to get out my trusty spanners.
Thanks Luke, looking forward to testing it soon.

Hi from Sweden.

I´m interrested in a shock and some dogbones.
Just to be fancy I think the yellow spring would be nice on my black FZS.
What will it add up to, in order to get it to Sweden?

All the best

Vipera

Hi, I've a couple of questions about this mod, , the R6 shock is a different length to the Fazer with different length dog bones to give the desired ride height. This effectively changes the spring rate so with this set up what is the spring rate in comparison to the Fazer spring? I'm about 17 stone so would i need a heavier spring in the R6 shock?
Thanks
Jim.

Tex and vipera shocks sent today

Hi Luke.
It arrived today. I got it from UPS on my way to work.
I could not resist to wait until I got home so I had to check it out.
This will be nice although the season is almost over here.
I will see if I have the time to get it fitted and tested before the season
is definitley over..
Thank you for your work.

After 2 seasons mainly 2 up , mine has started to wallow at the previously ok settings . now at full rebound.  hope it last awhile longer yet as I can't afford another at the mo,
