downpipes year difference?

Done engine change from a 98 fzs 600 to 2003 fzs 600... downpipes come off nicely but dont seem to fit the 03 properly, 2 are blowing and other 2 only just fit... is it just me

Hi Paul,

Your downpipes should be a straight swap. The only difference between the years is the twist at the silencer end of the pipe, which affects which footpegs you need to use (Changed in 2000, I believe). This does not seem to be an issue for you if I understand your question: the headers are the same.

Ahh suppose thats kind of good news just need to find why they wont go in properly
