Not a bike related question, Can anyone talk me through how you setup a members map like we have on here.
I am on another forum nothing to do with bikes. It is called world wide Wirral and basically it is for folk who either live on Wirral or expats. It is a new forum but it would be good to have a show us were you live type map for the forum.

What forum software are you running? I've got a map similar to the member map on here on a forum I run, but it's vBulletin software, this forum runs on SMF of course.

Thanks Mickvp, Sorry you lost me when you asked the what software ?how would I find that out? I am not on the admin side of running worldwide wirral, just a forum member.
I have suggested to Admin it might be a good thing to add to give forum members another tool to use.

You can set up a custom Google map quite easily. I did that on a different forum.
