I can't help it, I'm a skeptic...
In Russia they all have dashboard camera's because there's so much fraud going on with insurance.
I don't think they're compulsory, just a necessity if you're a little bit sensible.
I used to look at a website called "Shocking Blog" which is closed now that showed you loads of crazy shit going on over there, although a lot of it is no doubt on YouTube as well.
I was absolutely amazed at how many people, without any question all pissed up, literally jumped in front of cars to make claims against the driver.
The majority would get mangled, others weren't so good at it and would just bounce off.
I saw one woman run into the front of a stationary car, off her nut, then pretend to bounce off and faint, it was hilarious, but fortunately caught on camera.
The point i'm getting at is that with so many cars with cameras on their dashboard, you're going to manage to film much more random stuff than ever.
Especially when most of the population is pissed as a fart all the time whether walking or driving.
They have a bad habit of bashing the foc out of each other as well when there's the slightest hint of road rage.
I've seen so many of these incidents you wouldn't feel safe at all even walking on a pavement, and crossing the road over there is dicing with death.
Riding a bike would be just insane by our standards.
