Early morning run

Out this morning at 6 to get some time on the bike before heading off to work, found myself heading to the lakes, took a lot of effort and will power to turn round and head home to get ready for work. Looks like it's going to be a good day for biking

I had an early morning run as well today, 9 miles to work to do a 12 hour shift 7am to 7 pm
