Another weekend of work for me I'm afraid....I'm dying to get to Mid Wales now....luckily i have 16 days off coming soon.

im off next week,plan on going over the bridge on one of the days for a trip down the roads i used to ride 'back in the day'.will depend on the weather as to which day.last time i was in wales on the bike it pissed down and was so bloody windy i vowed never to go to bloody wales again.that'll learn me not to check the weather before i head off over there !!  :rollin

If you're going over the bridge, it's gotta be the Wye Valley road past Tintern Abbey- great road, enjoy!

I didn't go to Wales for years and years cos everyone told me it's ALWAYS raining in Wales - all those years I missed out on the best biking country in Britain. But I've just returned from the wettest place in Britain; Seatoller in Borrowdale area in the Lake District, and although we had some rain, I didn't drown  :lol

I never go anywhere on the bike without a weather check first nowadays.

visiting parents, not gone yet so may back a bag throw it on back ride over with you on Sunday then after continue on :)
