How heavy is the FZS600 engine? Feasible to swap out by one person?

I just did it but then that was just taking it out and i needed my missus to just hold the bike still while i got it out.......car jack to lift it up passed the bottom of the frame......a wooden pallet beside the bike for a bit more of an elevated vantage point to grab it...it is dead lift able but difficult to say how much weight exactly.
Id hate to try and squeeze it back in.

If you have a car jack and some blocks and lengths of wood around to use as wedges and levers it's not too difficult. I've swapped the engine twice and am a 9 stone weakling. As Noggy suggests, wriggling the lump back in is the trickier part.

It is possible to do it yourself - I've picked it up and carried it to a car before... I'm not saying it's easy, but it's possible.
