Liverpool Area Property Maintenance/Building work help needed

Hi,


I have a bungalow in Hale Village, Nr Liverpool Airport, and I am trying to get some repairs to guttering, patio slab works and a new shed sorted (with electrics).


Problem is I work away and don't have time to mess about, I have contacted a few firms locally and they never get back to you.
I tried to get a shed but they all want 3-6 weeks before delivery and I wont be here then.


Anyone know of any good firms that can provide that sort of work (and a Shed) at short notice?

I've used http://www.ratedpeople.com/ down in London a few times for Electrics and Plumbing work.  It's a great site as the rating of the tradesperson is based on reviews of their previous work.

CheckATrade is also good, seem like there are lots of well reviewed people near you in L24, here's a search for Guttering: -

I have tried a few of those type of sites, where they say they will get you 4 quotes, so far nothing? can't spend my money at the moment.
