If the referendum actually happens.......some of the back end systems for voting will not meet the deadlines set out by GDS affecting over 70% of the geographical vote.....you heard it here first!!!!!

If the Scots vote Yes then presumably they won't take part in the 2017 EU in/out referendum (assuming the Cons win next May). How will that change the vote? The Scots are fairly pre-EU aren't they? Which means a boost for the Out campaign... (exciting init!)
