Tyre change/wheel alignment

Has anyone noticed whether the tyre fitter checks the wheel alignment and make adjustments accordingly or if he just puts wheel back leaving the settings as they came in?

I normally do it myself and check the wheel alignment and chain tension. After a tire failure in France last year  the guy at the garage left the adjusters as they were and just refitted the wheel. (I did a quick check of the chain tension before I left). I would imagine that's what most tire places here would do, but a good motorbike shop might check alignment and chain tension at the same time.
