Timing question
« on: 27 April 2014, 10:31:03 pm »
I'm setting the timing on my camchain but I appear to be a tooth out on the exhaust cam. Can I remove the camshaft holders on just the exhaust camshaft, rotate it and tighten them down again without damage? Or do I need to undo both the exhaust and intake camshaft holders?

Cheers

After removing the tensioner, you will have to remove the inlet cam and then the lift the exhaust cam to give enough space to move the chain one tooth.   :'(
