tour shirt

So having recently been passed the tour tee shirt I decided to take it on Tims bimble.
I presume it is meant to be signed by as many foccers and I believe most at Tims meet has.

I believe most, including myself  is clueless to its purpose.
So could someone please explain the idea behind the tour shirt. Which incidentally is 2013

Yea sorry Midden you know as much as me ,I was asked to sign it and move it south think there is a thread that explains the origins on here somewhere

I believe its to be passed about and signed (along with the book if thats still acompanying it) by as many members as pos. then it will be auctioned off for charity:
