I have fitted one recently on my FZS1000 and it is very good. Sounds great and well made. I have only run mine with the baffle in so far and it sounds great without being offensive.

Yes, I fitted mine about a year ago. It was a good price, very quick delivery, looks good (IMO), has resisted a winter of salted roads without any signs of damage and sounds great. I don't use the supplied baffle. The silencer is stainless steel, 400mm oval.

Pics (downpipes are Motad Venom fitted last weekend.)

I have a stainless manifold, manufacture unknown. Not too offensive on the ears then?

It's not too noisy for me, and I've never had any complaints! MOT tester describes it as 'nice and healthy'  :lol
Like I said I don't use the baffle, with it in I don't think anyone would find it offensive, but it still has a good tone.

I got one too in carbon. Lovely build quality and a nice noise but not offensively loud. Got mine made in a 400mm length so it is bs stamped. My only grumble is that the connecting pipe is really really tight on the downpipes and was a bit of a mission to get on. Worth every penny though.

Had one on now for about 6 months 400 mm so BS stamped.Only used it with the baffles in and a nice sound, sounds great when you roll off the gas,get a nice burble like a sort of overrun sound.Don,t think you can beat it for the money think i paid £115 plus £8 postage.

I had that problem with the original downpipes too, but when I fitted the Motad Venom stainless steel downpipes the link pipe slipped on easily, tightened up OK on the clamp, so all is good. Seems louder now on the new downpipes.
