So you could argue that he did stop within the distance he coud see, but like when evil canevil jumps 30 busses and then breaks his back when he lands "that dont count"

I think he was using the video to highlight his argument/advice just because it happened to be on a cop car camera.
BUT he was a twat, no doubt about it.

It's as bad as when I see pillocks treating the gap between Lanes 2 and 3 on a motorway as a "bikes only" lane and blasting along between lines of virtually stationary cars.

All it needs is for someone to try to switch lanes without checking their mirrors properly and *blam*

A peculiar dismount, but from the way the car jolted and the dent that appeared in the driver's side door I'd say there was contact.
That was a mad speed to be going though, presumably that was an unmarked police car or he'd have been a bit more cautious.

We used to use the motorway as a sort of racetrack during rush-hour.  But we were idiots at the time (most despatch riders were).
 
But that was a collision, the goes sideways cos it hit the car and the rider hit the car , probably, before the bike cos he had already left the building by that time.
