going to buy a nitron shock for my 600 so weighed myself
web site asks for weight to make up shock
I weigh fully kitted 13 stone 10pound. (according to scales in Boots)
Do I round up to 14 or down to 13

Were you in full gear when you weighed yourself?

Stupid question. Sorry.

Unless you are planning to lose some I'd round up. Most people tend to put on weight rather than lose it.

You don't round up or down, you tell them your exact weight with riding gear and leave the math to them!

Oh, and order by phone, nitron provide a bespoke shock, having a chat with them about how you use the bike will produce a shock closer to what you need than ticking the website boxes!
