A wealth of knowledge on Pat's site :thumbup  On my list of jobs for today balance carbs and check tps, I'm going to try Ivans method for the tps adjustment. Not done it that way before has anyone found it beneficial?

Yes, and yes.  However, I suggest you set the TPS to the 5k standard position first and scribe a line between TPS unit and the mounting plate so that you can always return to that setting without having to lift the tank etc.  Now experiment with the TPS setting as per Ivan's instructions to your heart's content. :)
