Blue Flame baffle

has anyone got a Blue flame end can baffle,


mine i think was out when i bought the bike, now when we are touring abroad we are going to use bike to bike intercoms,,and i want my puipe to be a bit more quiet,


if so if you could put a picture up then i could copy it.

If you contact Blue Flame they will send you one - for a fee of course - I found them really helpful when I wanted the s/s exhaust strap.

I remember taking the baffle out of my last BF exhaust & it was 'glued' to the circlip. Don't know if this was the OE or a bodge by the person i purchased it from on Fleabay.

 I'll have a look round to see if I've still got the baffle -  & if I have I'll send it to you - but I only used to put it back in for the MOT.  :)

Ah , thanks, will look at mine today and see whats in there,,looks like a case of fitting a tube back into the can a bit.

There loads of Universal Exhaust baffles forsale on ebay...
It maybe much more easy & cheaper to just measure the outlet size on your blue flame exhaust and order one the Universal ones..

got bored this afternoon so popped down the mot garage i use andscrounged some exaust tube and madea baffle.
I have just tried it and i am quite pleased with the result. Nice deep rumble without the balls out shouting.I plan on using intercom and need less noise so this should help.
Good job i have a welder.

Well i must be getting old but that was definatly worth doing,,,alot more peacful to ride now. :)
