Sorry H, went to an engagement party last night with every intention of taking it easy only to over indulge.
All my gear was laid out in the living room the night before so I didn't disturb Tracey too.....

Said hello to a few of you (that I recognised from past) and didn't speak to some others that I recognised (sorry). There were 14 of us from the Aberdare Bike Club turned up. Great roads and a great ride.
