Despite my initial uncertainty with this, I'm in :)

I'll be aiming to meet the Lofo's at their stop in Lutterworth (J20 M1 right?) for around 11.00 - the same time they are aiming to arrive

I don't think anyone else from the South West is heading up, but if you are, I'm happy to join a convoy ^^ Not entirely sure which route I'm going to take yet :\
11.30 i think,,turn off at j20 ,travel lodge just off the roundabout with the plane ornament in the middle.A4303

Deadeye , which way you going up, i could come across and intersect your route

Planning on taking the A433 and A429 for the majority of the journey and then sort of winging it around Coventry...

Red, I am meeting up with Kitcrazy, Blackheath @ 08.00. We are then going to meet up with Kitcrazy's  bro in law on the 413 Aylesbury @ 09.30. I don't know that area too well so best to arrange a meeting place now and perhaps exchange numbers if were gonna meet for the ride up. And where's MIDDEN, thought he was coming ?

OK, sounds good Red,  will look out for you there. Hope Windbreak can make it, I mean Midden lol. Anyone else sitting on the fence about this ride, just remember the weather's going to be good,  Life is too short, you only get one pop at it and those twisties are calling. :b

The map shows it as just a kink when in real life its sharper than you think this is just after I meet you lot at 12 at the mcdonalds roundabout, I will be expecting you to maybe be a bit late too

I have a suggestion for when we get to the A47 as we will be crossing a nasty duel  carriageway, there is a refuge in the middle so you don't have to do both sides in one go.
The arrow points across to where we will be going.
Once over there is a bend and then a lay-by bit, I suggest that we all wait up there until we are all over the duel carriage way so no one needs to be in a rush to get over.
I

One more thing when we are in Melton dont go over 30 as ther is a camera in town. Once we are past Melton thats as far as I know and dont know where we are going

And I think we should meet up the other side of melton and re group as we will get split up in the town trafic lights.
I dont know where we could re group tho

Well I'm gutted to be missing this one as the weather seems like it's going to be lovely and it's pretty local to me. Damn shifts  :(

Oh well, I will have to wait to meet you all another time and I wish you all a safe and enjoyable ride. All the best  ;)
