I stripped down my sprint st rear wheel and hub as the eccentric chain adjuster was seized solid. Previous ham fisted owner had taken a screwdriver and hammer to the teeth because it was jammed the pic shows the old one with most teeth removed. If anyone is looking for a cheap but, 'quick enough winter bike' The sprint 955i is cheap to buy and spares are stupid cheap. I got a mint front end and discs for £70 and I also bought a very good condition eccentric chain adjuster for £30. I bought my tuono a seat cowl and I also bought a nice gpz 500 that only needed clutch lever, ignition barrel and an indicator. It's for sale at the moment

Bought a second NTV650. It was sooooo cheap that I could not resist 
The last key was lost by the pre-owner but all the paperwork was fine including TÜV (German MOT) till April 2017.
First intention was to use it as donor bike for my other NTV but my Honda dealer was able to provide me with two new keys for 65 Euro by sending the igniton switch to a specialist.
So plans changed 



Second thing I did after ordering a Motad silencer was some welding and painting in the headlight area.

Because in spring I bought a also very very cheap and neglected Seven Fifty and I promised her that this was my last bike

Well I've sold my TRX..........needed work, no mot, no money,  no time........officially next week i'll be bikeless for the first time

Be focusing on my Overland camper project over the winter & the shed space will be handy for all of the build supplies. Be getting another bike as soon as that is all finished with.

Probably be an original MT09 though. Should be in my price range by then.

Thought you had gone into "hibernation"Noggy!
Sorry you will be bikeless for a while but you will be back. Just a small caution re the early MT-09-some owners/road tests mentioned some fuelling issues & rather bouncy suspension. Prob nothing much to worry about but could be a bargaining point when buying?

Well here is the base van....already had a foc load of work done to it just to get to this stage. getting ready to fit it out now.

  ......not style over substance this time Red, genuine 4x4 this one so she is........for when i'm 4x4'ing my way through the caravan club campsite......i draw the line at fitting a snorkel, she isnt getting one of those. Still to get the bumpers done in black and theres a heavy duty rear step to be shot blasted, painted & fitted, wind deflectors too for the cab & a sliding side window. Then Theres the interior to do.

Anyway I feel Foccing horrible, dripping nose one minute blocked solid the next, ache in neck and back, coughing like a bastard, sore throat and earache.
Apart from that I feel fine. Really glad I had my old gits flu injection. Going to bed with a bottle, no, not hot water bottle.

I have had the same lurgy since boxing day, only just started to fancy beer again (must be bad ).
I used to like southern comfort but a few years ago they reduced the alcohol content and killed it for me, it took away the smooth warm burn
