Yes , it was more painful with it in , going to dentists thursday to have an impression for dentures , at that age when your teeth start to fall out .

I replaced the most knackered injector on the Mondeo and it runs ok now, doesn't cut out when I put my foot down

My landlord's Mondeo has shagged injectors, and wants to know if you fitted a new 'un, or a reconditioned one from Ebay.

Recon, my car is worth £1k tops ('04 Zetec, 156k miles). This is what I bought. Make sure you get the right type (502z in my case) and make sure it has the code on the label. I'm not sure if it should have a new code since it's a recon but it works well enough with the one that's stuck on it so I'm not complaining. You'll need an F-super cable to code it too but that only works on mid-2003 onwards cars. Changing the injector and doing the coding took about 15 minutes.

I still have two that are pretty knackered though, not sure if I should change them too or just leave it...

It was fri/sat. and then pack up and head home sun. It was a great little rally hosted by MC Rottum at the Football club, def in the diary for next year.

Rode my Tiger 70 odd miles with a blown rear shock - interesting to say the least!

Had to call out the AA today as the cage wouldn't start , took them about an hour to get it going , he reckoned the plugs were the original ones ( so much for stamps in the service book) the gaps seemed rather large to me but i'm no expert . Drove it down to Vauxhall Avon street , as its booked in for a diagnostic and 40k service tomorrow morning , its gonna be expensive , new plugs , filters , oil change , coolant change , fuel flush and temperature sensor .

car still in the Vauxhall dealer , apparently the oil filter collapsed on the technician when he tried to take it out , they think its never been changed .
