Recommend me an End Can
« on: 20 December 2013, 10:51:37 pm »
Hi as title please recommend a reasonably priced end can only and pipe link for FZS600,  to replace a stock one.  Looking to improve the engine 'note' as the stock one is mega quiet isn't it.
Thanks muchly
Gav.

I would reccommend Delkevic 100%

Great quality for about half the price of the usual scorpian and other brands, Plus they are made in the UK.

I've got mine of my fazer and it sounds amazing ! really nice sound low down, and when you wind it up it roars like a lion, road legal and with a removable baffle. Originally I had just the end can with stock pipes and that ran beautiful with no re jets or anything, recently put new down pipes on and still rides perfect without any rejets or syncs :) Easy to fit yourself too :)

Nah.  It's got to be a Beowulf every time.  Fit straight on and remove the baffle with one screw and off you go. Beautiful sound........

Fuel cans sound great without being to loud,

Would always consider them, they are a UK producer and very reasonably priced, last one I bought was for a bandit 1200

The twin port Blueflame can I had on my 6 sounded gorgeous, and used to spit fire on the overrun. Niiiice. :D

I've just put on a Morse/scorpion can (and downsides). Very happy with the lot. Can has nice sound, but not very loud, certainly no louder than stock. Keep meaning to try it with sans baffle.

I picked up this one, brand new, the owner never fitted it and sold the bike, cost £80 sounds great!
It's not the greatest picture, it's a hawk!

As per FizzyPies Delkevic December discount thread,  I went ahead and got the 350mm Stainless oval end can.  Swaped it out an hour ago and went for a quick ride out to try.  Wow I'm well happy,  Sounds delicious now!  I cant believe how massive and heavy the original stock silencer is in comparison. Many thanks for your input folks and ones that recommended the delkevic end can.

Got a Delkevic on my thundercat, sounds really good, and it's very quiet even without the baffle.

Oh very cool codgie.  you'll have to post a pic when your shiny drainpipe arrives and fitted.

I'm really pleased with my 350mm pipe.  Enjoying the improvement over the stock one...nice tone and all the pops when de accelerating too.
